Unclean, very rude & unprofessional owner. Inquired about a broken basketball hoop (broken for 2 weeks) & was told that my membership would be canceled all because I stated I pay $50 a month to workout here & there's faulty equipment. If you value good customer service, find a different gym cause these guys SUCK.

Honestly I’m so disappointed with this gyms management. I started going to this gym with a friend and loved it. I was there for about 8 months. I moved in January of this year I let the gym know I was moving they told me to send an email. I messaged them before my next due date for my payment so I wouldn’t be charged. When I emailed them they said they would get back to me they never responded. I messaged them again because I was charged no response. Well here it is may I have called and emailed at least 8 times in total for both I kept getting same response email us than the response from the email we will get back to you. I have finally gotten a response they send us your new address I did that they said sorry you’re only 15 miles away you have to be 25 miles. My thing is you should’ve let me know this the first time I emailed and called you now it’s months later I owe $138 and no one could’ve had the decency to tell me this policy before hand? At least I could’ve used the gym in the mean time but no one would get back to me terrible management and terrible human decency.

This is genuinly the best gym ive gone too, they have damn near everything anyone can ask for in a gym. They have, -turf area -freewights -plenty of cardio equipment -small boxing area -posing room -saunas separated by gender -plenty of equipment from a variety of brands -areas for calisthenics -freindly and helpful staff -dedicated women's only section if that's a concern of yours -they sell mealpreps -vending machine and staff to sell energy drinks and pre-workout -a bar where you can by pre-workout and protein drinks On top of all of that the owner is fantastic, the community is overall super freindly and welcoming, i litterally couldn't recommend this place more.

I was with this gym for the better part of 3 years. I left only due because this Gym was no longer making sense for me commute wise. This gym was a great culture to be around and great equipment. The only "negative" is the fact that during rush/ peak hours it does get pretty busy To be fair, this is to be expected with what the gym provides and the cost for all it provides. If you don't mind the amount of people during peak hours, then I highly recommend this place. One of, if not the best gym in the lake county area.

Seriously one of the best gyms I’ve been too! A really cool vibe for those who want to go to a bodybuilding or powerlifting gym! Has everything you need: arsenal equipment, body masters, hammerstrength, cardio equipment, free weights, sauna, a second floor, suck murals. 110% recommend for those who want a serious environment to workout! You get what you pay for too! Even meal prep can be ordered too!
